Biker Yoga
I was searching for stretching and exercise tips in the world wide web when I came across something quite interesting.
It seems Yoga has a lot of benefits to offer to a biker!
It says that there are many reasons why practicing yoga can help people's riding:
- improved attention whilst riding
- improved comfort whilst riding
- better able to ride comfortably for longer (covering more distance)
- quicker recovery from injury
- improved sleep, and therefore energy and attention whilst riding
- improved ability to cope with pain and discomfort (should you have an accident)
- feeling more at ease and therefore able to enjoy the ride and the scenery more
- improved strength (makes riding more comfortable and less like wrestling a monster!)
- increased energy levels
- the list goes on.
